Before the cabin is delivered to the supplier warehouse, the client will be notified within a week. It is the responsibility of the client to have the site ready for the cabin to be delivered within a week of notification. Cabins can be stored for a fee of €100 per week for cabins under 25 square meters and €150 for cabins larger than 25 square meters.
Pricing for the Foundation
Client guarantees that the site is level and stable if the timber frame and block pad foundation services are purchased from the supplier. If the builders do not identify, the client may be charged an additional €15 per square meter for foundation work, or the foundation may be refused, and the client must organize the foundation themselves.
Insulation is number 17 on the list.
Please keep this in mind. When we internally insulate the exterior walls, we reduce the overall internal area, so our final clearance dimensions may change. It is best to measure in the field after installation.
18th. Product completion
All of our structures are ready-to-assemble. Sanding, filling, painting, and sealing are all necessary.
